Dr. Montmeny has spent his career helping patients with orthopedic related problems. He also has done specialized training in hand therapy as well. Almost half of his experience was as a practice owner in which he also developed a consulting business dedicated to the
prevention of work-related injuries and ergonomics. Five years were spent as a faculty member in the Physical Therapy program at UNC Chapel Hill. There he saw patients and managed the faculty clinics in addition to teaching. Over the next 20 years he was in progressive leadership positions in rehabilitation and hospital leadership. He continued to do patient care as a way to maintain skills and is currently an adjunct
professor at Franklin Pierce University.
